SCCYHA registration will be completed  online. There is a lot of information we want to share with all of you to hopefully make the registration process easier. A few highlights to get you started are below. 

Baraboo families looking for Learn to skate: A USA Hockey # is required this year. You will need to complete the registration below. 

Step 1  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number. There is a $50.00 fee for players who are 7 or older (credit card required) and no fee for players 6 and under. 

There is a delay (2-5 minutes) between creating the USA Hockey number  and when that number shows up as valid within the our site

Step 2 - Begin your online registration.  SCCYHA will be using SportEngine. Some members may already have a login from registering their children in other sports. When you click the blue registration link below you will be prompted to enter a login or to create an account.

IMPORTANT!! Read this entire page before starting registration. There is a lot of information provided and having this ahead of time will help as you move through the registration process


  • USA Hockey Number from step 1
  • Birth Certificate (If first year skater with a USA Hockey number)
  • Skaters name, gender and date of birth . 
  • Parent/Guardian name, address, phone number and email
  • Emergency contact name and phone number
  • Credit card, debit card or checking information (If using online payment option)



  • Option A:  Members can pay in full via the website, for a small fee. The site will walk you through the process. Have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.
  • Option B: Members can pay make payments via the website, for a small fee. The site will walk you through the process. Have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.
  • Option C: Members can pay in full or make payments offline at registration or by mail. Click on the link below,  print the Off-Line Payment form below and turn it to SCCYHA with your payment  .

Congratulations!! You are now finished with the online part of registration. Please print the payment form and finish steps 3-7.

Step 3 Payment (If you did not pay online) - Complete the payment form. 

Step 4  Service Hours Deposit - A $350.00 check dated March 15th, 2018 will be collected.  Please enter "Service Hours Deposit" in the memo line. (First year ice mite/learn to play are excluded)

Step 5 Jersey Deposit - A $100.00 jersey deposit dated March 15th, 2018 will be collected.  Please enter "Jersey Deposit" in the memo line.

Step 6 Fundraisers - There are 2 fundraisers to choose from.  Every family is required to participate in 1 of the 2 fundraisers.  These fundraisers are important to the association and help keep registration costs down. (First year ice mite/learn to play are excluded)

  • Calendar Raffle Fundraiser - $200.00 will be collected at registration. Calendars are $10 each and families will be required to sell 20. You will  keep the money as you sell the calendars. Calendars can be picked up at the registration . 
  • Puck Pizzas Fundraiser -  $200.00 will be collected at registration. Make and sell Puck Pizzas. You can pick up your Puck Pizza order form at registration or print it from our website and start selling a minimum of $200 worth of pizzas (approximately 22 pizzas). It is your decision if you collect money from your buyer when they place the order or when you deliver the order.

    Puck Pizza order forms are due back to SCCYHA by the October 8 (can be turned in at practice, at the brat feed, or mailed). Frozen puck pizzas are made by the association, so if you choose this fundraiser, you will need to help make pizzas during a 3 hour shift on Nov 5, 2017.  Shifts will be posted on Dibs once pizza forms are collected and are a first come/first serve availability. Pizza making is at the Jaycee Building in Reedsburg (across the parking lot from RACA).  Remaining balance is due when you finish your shift.

*Pizza fundraiser only runs until 10-8-17.  If you are not able to complete the fundraiser by 10-8, then you must participate in the calendar raffle*

Fundraiser  fees are NOT included in the payment plan arrangements and must be paid separately. Fundraiser checks will be held until Nov 15th.   

Step 7 Rink Set Up/Tear Down - Every family is required to sign up for a shift on Dibs for rink set up or tear down.  The majority will be at the Reedsburg rink, but there will be a few at the Baraboo rink.  It is a 3 hour shift and is separate from from the required service hours.


Steps 3-6 can be completed the following two ways:

  • Option 1 - Stop at registration to complete steps 3-6, pick up raffle tickets or pizza order form (if unable to print).  Equipment will also be handed out at registration for Ice Mites and Mites! 
Registration Dates:  
August 24th in Reedsburg at RACA from 6pm to 8pm.
August 26th in Baraboo at Pierce Park Pavilion from 9am to 12pm.
September 5th in Lake Delton at Poppy Waterman Ice Arena from 6pm to 8pm.
  •  Option 2 - Mail items in steps 3-6 to South Central Cyclone Youth Hockey Association, Attention Registrar,  at PO Box 358 Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965. 

*If you mail items in and choose the calendar raffle fundraiser you are responsible for getting your raffle tickets to sell*


Note About Potential Browser problems: Internet Explorer does has some issues reading some of the more complex coding on different websites. It doesn't comply with accepted web standards in some cases and especially the older versions have a lot of problems. If you run into problems using Internet Explorer, you can try clearing the browser cache in the Internet Options area which might fix it. Otherwise, our website host recommends using Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari for the best compatibility.
